F.A.Q.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

The value of pensions and investments and the income they produce can fall as well as rise. You may get back less than you invested.

We believe successful people share the habit of asking really great questions. Here we give you a headstart:

Why the name Just Us?

We believe in adding value to our client through our experience and knowledge. This combined with a commitment to customer service fulfils a gap in the personal financial planning process. Forget the soulless financial institutions. It’s Just Us.

Are you independent?

The company is independently owned. No financial institutions or estate agency are involved in the share ownership.

The advice we provide for mortgages is whole of market. This is still a commission led environment.  For insurance and investments we offer a restricted proposition. For insurance – all insurers pay us the same commission. For investments we have a panel of providers, with a licence to go off this panel as needed.

Who are Quilter Financial Planning Ltd?

They are a network who we chose to operate through. They provide compliance solutions and negotiate terms with financial product providers. It makes our life easier to work with them and allows us to focus on client facing activities. We have no tie in covenants with them, but we like them.

Do you have minimum or maximum client requirements?

No. Our clients tend to be London based, but we have clients throughout the UK and the world. Normally clients would have £100,000 invested with us or more or get to that stage pretty quickly. We have organised mortgages from £50,000 to £2million+.

Why do people use Just Us Financial Solutions?

For advice, for implementation, for long term service, because they don’t know how to do it themselves, because they don’t want to do it themselves, because they are too busy to do it themselves. Lots of different reasons, for a combination of reasons. Sometimes for no apparent reason!
